The HEINEKEN Company in Hereford is seeking a Technical Operator to join our Supply Chain – Packaging team. This permanent position follows a Panama rotating 12-hour shift pattern (days and nights) in a busy production facility.

Salary starts at £32,099 per year with a shift allowance of £9,299 and other benefits. You will operate high-speed packaging lines, perform quality checks, and use SAP for stock control, while contributing to TPM and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience operating equipment in an FMCG production environment.
• Familiarity with SAP or ERP inventory systems.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Commitment to safety and TPM principles.

Responsabilités

• Ensure running of high-speed packaging machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks and take swift corrective actions.
• Manage stock levels with SAP.
• Identify root causes of problems and prevent recurrence.
• Contribute to Zero Accident Culture through cleanliness and reliability.
• Deliver First Time Right on quality and process.
• Support TPM-driven continuous improvement.
