We're looking for a packaging developer with NPD experience to own the development of sets, kits and gifting, working to briefs from Commercial and Design.
You'll join the Product Team at Gravitiq, primarily supporting the grace & stella brand, leading packaging projects from concept through to implementation across a growing portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Product, you'll act as the technical packaging lead — translating ideas into commercially viable products while coordinating with our partners in Asia.
The role balances customer requirements, manufacturing capability, quality standards, operational practicality and commercial performance. It is highly collaborative: you'll work across Commercial, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Brand, Design and Regulatory, and directly with external suppliers, to deliver launch readiness on time.
