Job summary

SUCCESS TALENT is seeking a Packaging Technologist in Bedfordshire for a full-time, hybrid role in the Beauty & Personal Care sector. You will lead packaging development from concept to launch, source new materials, and support artwork and approvals, while driving sustainability across packaging formats.

You will work across major retailers and brands, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure fast, compliant delivery of innovative packaging solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in packaging development and product development.
• Commercially switched on with a practical approach.
• FMCG/beauty experience is a plus.

A fast-growing beauty and personal care business is looking for a Packaging Technologist to help bring innovative skincare, personal care and gifting products to market. This is a chance to join an ambitious, growing beauty business where packaging is central to product success.

The Packaging Technologist role

You’ll be involved across the full packaging development process, helping turn ideas into finished products for major retailers and consumer brands.

You’ll take ownership of:

• Developing packaging from concept through to launch
• Sourcing new materials, components and packaging formats
• Supporting artwork, print and packaging approvals
• Driving packaging innovation, sustainability and recyclability improvements
• Working with suppliers and manufacturers to solve technical challenges
• Maintaining specifications, documentation and packaging standards
• Keeping projects moving at pace in a fast-moving beauty environment

What you’ll bring
