Job summary

Select Pharma Recruitment is seeking reliable Packaging Operators for a premier pharmaceutical manufacturer in the UK. You will operate packaging lines, adhere to GMP, ensure quality, and maintain housekeeping to support production targets.

Roles include setting up machines, loading materials, performing in-process checks, and flexibility to work day and night shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed. Prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging lines to meet daily production targets.
• Follow GMP, SOPs and GDP for quality and traceability.
• Set up machines, perform changeovers and cleaning.
• Load materials and monitor line efficiency to minimise downtime.
• Record batch documentation accurately and promptly.
• Adhere to Health & Safety and housekeeping standards.
• Be flexible to work across day, night shifts and overtime.
