Job summary

Manpower UK is recruiting a General Operator to support a pharmaceutical production team in Swindon. The role focuses on manual packing of filled vials, following SOPs and strict gowning, cleaning and compliance standards.

Working double day shifts, Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:00 or 15:00–23:00, you will maintain accurate production records, help ensure product quality and contribute to a safe, compliant working environment. Full training is provided in this regulated setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical, food or other regulated production operations preferred.
• Must follow SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
• Accurate record-keeping and data integrity awareness.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs for manual packing of filled product vials.
• Adhere to gowning and cleaning procedures in the packing area.
• Assist with safe transfer and handling of materials into production.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure items are within expiry dates.
• Complete production documentation in line with company procedures and data integrity.
