Qualificações

• Experience supervising or leading a team in a manufacturing or regulated environment.
• Strong planning and workflow management to meet targets and standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively and lead a diverse team.
• Track record of troubleshooting operational or technical issues.
• Experience driving performance and managing change in a fast-paced setting.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety and quality compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a packaging team to meet production, quality, safety and compliance targets.
• Plan and coordinate daily production activities, resources and staffing.
• Monitor performance and implement improvements to maximise efficiency and output.
• Ensure full GMP compliance and site procedures are followed.
• Support training, coaching and capability development within the team.
• Investigate operational issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement mindset.
