Job summary

Norgine is seeking an Operations Shift Leader to join our Manufacturing team in the UK. You will lead manufacturing and packaging operations, ensuring safety, compliance and efficient production while developing colleagues to reach their full potential.

You will drive GMP compliance, manage production schedules, coach teams and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to achieve business objectives and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging operations.
• GMP and Quality Management Systems (QMS) understanding.
• Health & Safety requirements and safe working practices.
• Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills.

Essential

• Experience leading teams within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging operations.
• Sound understanding of GMP and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and safe working practices.
• Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills.
• A proven ability to lead teams, drive performance and deliver results.

Desirable

• Lean Six Sigma experience.
• IOSH qualification.
• Experience of manufacturing execution systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
