Job summary

Norgine is seeking a proactive Packaging Team Leader to lead our packaging operations in the United Kingdom. You will guide a team, ensure safe, compliant production, and deliver high quality packaging outputs.

This role focuses on planning daily activities, coaching staff, and driving continuous improvement within GMP frameworks. You will collaborate across functions to optimise performance while upholding health, safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or regulated production environments.
• Proven supervision or leadership of a packaging/production team.
• Strong planning and scheduling capabilities.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Sound knowledge of health & safety and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a packaging team to meet production, quality, safety and compliance targets.
• Plan and coordinate daily production activities, resources and staffing.
• Monitor performance and implement improvements to maximise efficiency and output.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, health & safety and site procedures.
• Support training and capability development within the team.
• Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions.
