Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development or sales within the packaging sector (labels, cartons, sleeves).
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the drive to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities for printed packaging (boxes, sleeves, labels and cartons).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing.
• Work closely with in-house production teams to deliver tailored packaging solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets in line with company growth plans.
