Kingfisher is seeking a Packaging Compliance Manager to lead the data compliance strategy for packaging, ensuring data validation for accurate tax calculations across banners. This maternity cover role spans a 9-month fixed-term contract, with a hybrid working model balancing office and remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the strategy for packaging data compliance, ensuring data is validated for accurate tax calculations and exemptions.
• Partner with Retail Banners to support packaging data compliance and avoid compliance issues.
• Define and deliver the packaging data strategy, including statements of work for packaging data app developments.
• Monitor and report packaging data and supporting evidence, sharing learnings with the broader team.
• Lead the set-up and close-out of packaging audit cycles with clear requirements and timelines.
• Develop strong cross-functional stakeholder networks to drive packaging processes and vendor education.
• Analyze key compliance data to measure performance, trends and KPIs.
• Provide operational support to the packaging function and embed compliance in day-to-day work.
• Support delivery of Declaration of Conformity requirements through documentation creation and maintenance.
• Continue to build packaging development knowledge through on-the-job training and collaboration.
