Job summary

Kingfisher is seeking a Packaging Compliance Manager to own the packaging data compliance process and ensure delivery against KPIs. You will coordinate OEB product description data, translations and assets across the group, liaising with vendors and category teams to mitigate data risks.

You will represent data status in project meetings, drive data collection through PIM and Vendor Portal, and ensure timely delivery for packaging and online channels across Kingfisher brands.

Responsibilities

• Project Manage the E2E PDD Collection process this includes: Supporting the range team with data pre-population; Vendor engagement, training and onboarding to PIM; Ensuring with vendors achieve agreed collection SLA through PIM and Vendor Portal; Data validation against data model principles; Support range team data validation for accuracy; Send to translation and support with queries.
• Responsible for delivery of OEB PDD acquisition in line with the CPA to the agreed brief.
• Responsible for the delivery of validated and translated PDD, Packaging data and assets.
• Ensure that risks and potential mitigations affecting range change are escalated and communicated as required.
• Becoming fully competent in use of PIM and Vendor Portal.
• Working to consistently achieve high quality output.
• Work closely with the Change Control and PIM Development teams.
