Job summary

Kingfisher is seeking a Packaging Compliance Manager to own the packaging data compliance process, delivering against new KPIs. The role covers maternity leave for 9 months and requires leading audits, coordinating with banners, and improving data-driven compliance across packaging processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor data trends, and ensure documentation for Declarations of Conformity, while developing knowledge through on‑the‑job training.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a management role.
• Ability to analyse data and inform decisions.
• Knowledge of Packaging Data and Quality processes.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategy for packaging data compliance and KPI delivery.
• Partner with Retail Banners to support packaging data compliance.
• Define and deliver packaging data strategy and statements of work.
• Monitor, report packaging data and evidence, share learnings.
• Lead packaging audit cycles with defined requirements and actions.
• Build cross-functional networks to drive engagement with packaging processes.
• Analyse compliance data to identify trends and progress against KPIs.
• Provide operational support to the Packaging function.
• Support Declaration of Conformity requirements and documentation.
• Continue packaging development knowledge through training and collaboration.
