Job summary

The Dean Academy is seeking an Internal Alternative Provision Manager (IAP) to coordinate the PACE hub and lead the delivery of the school's internal alternative provision. You will play a key role in behaviour management and ensuring access to education for all students.

The post is suitable for both teaching and non-teaching staff, with a start date around January 2027. A DBS check and safeguarding clearances are required, and flexible adjustments are available for the interview process.

• Coordinate and deliver the school’s internal alternative provision programme as a core part of behaviour management.
• Support in reducing exclusions and maintaining a productive learning environment.
• Work with students, staff and parents/carers to meet individual needs and ensure effective provision.
