Job summary

Warwickshire Cricket seeks an experienced Pace Bowling Consultant to develop our pace bowlers across the pathway, from academy to professional groups. You’ll work with the Lead Bowling Coach and a multidisciplinary team, delivering individual coaching, development plans and session delivery during winter and summer programmes.

You’ll use technical, tactical and physical coaching principles, analyse performance data, and contribute to workload management, appraisals and development reviews,

Qualifications

ECB Advanced Coaching Award (Level 3 equivalent) or higher.
Safeguarding certification, First Aid and DBS clearance.
Strong knowledge of pace bowling mechanics, tactics and training.
Experience supporting young players to progress to professional cricket.

Responsibilities

Deliver specialist coaching across U15–U18, EPP and Academy programmes.
Develop individual coaching and performance plans for players.
Provide matchday support and professional training sessions.
Collaborate with science and medicine teams on workload management.
Contribute to player appraisals and development reviews.
Potentially deputise for the Lead Bowling Coach when required.
