The Warwickshire County Cricket Club Limited is seeking an experienced Pace Bowling Consultant to develop our next generation of pace bowlers. You will work with the Lead Bowling Coach, pathway leads, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver coaching across U15–U18, EPP and Academy programmes, shaping players toward professional cricket.

You will analyse performance data, contribute to player appraisals, and potentially deputise for the Lead Bowling Coach.

Qualificações

• ECB Advanced Coaching Award (Level 3 equivalent) or higher.
• Safeguarding certification, First Aid certification and DBS clearance.
• Strong knowledge of pace bowling principles and ability to deliver engaging coaching sessions.
• Experience developing young players to progress to the professional game.
• Ability to analyse data to inform coaching decisions and player development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong people management.
• Organisational and time management skills to manage priorities across pathways.
• Ability to collaborate with coaches, players and a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver specialist coaching across U15–U18, EPP and Academy programmes.
• Provide individual coaching and development plans; support training sessions and matchday activities.
• Contribute to workload management and player appraisals with science and medicine teams.
• Deputise for Lead Bowling Coach when required across winter and summer programmes.
• Collaborate with pathway leads and multi-disciplinary staff to support integrated development.
