Job summary

Derbyshire County Cricket Club is seeking a part-time Strength & Conditioning Coach to support its Women and Girls Pathway. You will join an integrated coaching and sports medicine team, reporting to the Head of Women’s Cricket and the Head of Sports Science and Medicine, working with physiotherapists, the Chief Medical Officer and pathway coaches.

• Deliver high-quality S&C programmes for Senior Women players and Girls age-group teams, including the Emerging Player Programme.
• Develop integrated support programmes with the Head of Science and Medicine and Head of Women’s Cricket.
• Run performance benchmarking and quality management for science and medicine services.
• Support nutritional provision alongside the club nutritionists.
• Provide S&C information for the ECB Injury Prevention and Management audit.
• Profile the squads and hold players accountable for minimum fitness standards.
