Job summary

Dean Close Foundation seeks a Cricket Coach to develop cricket across our Prep and Senior Schools for ages 8–18. You will deliver engaging coaching, promote participation, and nurture talent within a values-driven environment.

You will plan and run high-quality sessions, including 1:1s and squads, coach both boys and girls, and contribute to co-curricular cricket activities and community events.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching cricket in a school or club setting.
• ECB Level 2 (or equivalent) coaching qualification preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver development-focused coaching.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver cricket programmes across the Foundation.
• Lead high-quality coaching sessions (1:1, small groups, squads).
• Coach school teams, assist with selections, manage match days.
