PA to Director of Property & Estate Management

£36,900 - £40,850

Contractual Hours:

35 hours per week

Full-Time, Permanent

Role Overview:

We are the City of Administrative Excellence, Operational Brilliance, and Exceptional Support. The Barbican Estate office seeks a personal assistant for the Director of Property & Estate Management who can embody our values and provide high-level, professional secretarial support.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing diaries, arranging travel, coordinating conferences
  • Drafting meeting agendas, taking minutes, general typing
  • Undertaking project work, managing confidential filing systems
  • Organising events, overseeing catering and equipment, managing budgets on a project basis
Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in a senior administrative role, project or event management
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience working with stakeholders, including property management
  • Familiarity with developing policies, procedures, and research work
