A leading consulting company is seeking a Personal Assistant for their Director of Property & Estate Management in London. This full-time role includes a variety of responsibilities, such as diary management, arranging travel, and conducting project work, ensuring high-level professional support. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong administrative experience and excellent communication skills while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
You'll be expected to work in the office at least 3 days per week or 60% of your working time in the office.
Responsibilities include managing diaries, arranging travel, coordinating conferences, drafting agendas, taking minutes, and general typing. You will also undertake project work, manage confidential files, organize events at the Barbican Estate, oversee catering and equipment, and potentially handle budget responsibilities on a project basis.
The ideal candidate has experience in senior administrative roles, such as project or event management, with strong written and oral communication skills. You should be comfortable working with stakeholders, including housing or property management, and familiar with policy development and research.
This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act. The successful applicant will need to obtain a standard Disclosure & Barring Service check.
