An exciting opportunity has arisen for a P3M Specialist – Planning to join Rolls-Royce Submarines in Derby.
As P3M Specialist, You will play a pivotal role in supporting business functions across the organisation to design and mobilise effective improvement and transformation initiatives. Working closely with stakeholders at all levels, the post holder will help shape problem statements, identify opportunities, and develop clear, actionable schedules to enable successful delivery. This is a hands‑on planning role with a strong focus on collaboration, structure, and enabling change.
