Job summary

Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council is seeking a Purchase to Payments (P2P) Assistant in Aberystwyth to support the Procurement team and the Purchases to Payments Manager. The role requires a flexible, accurate approach to transactional tasks and bilingual duties in Welsh and English.

There is a hybrid working arrangement with a pro-rata salary between £26,427 and £26,847 per year, depending on hours. Training to reach Welsh language requirements is provided within two years of appointment.

• Duties conducted in Welsh and English; Welsh language skill target with support to reach standard within two years.
• Ability to undertake transactional tasks with accuracy using electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Purchases to Payments Manager in delivering procurement and payments services.
• Process financial transactions accurately using electronic systems and maintain timely payments.
