Job summary

T2M Resourcing Ltd is seeking a P2P Process Lead in Finance for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role is predominantly remote with some travel for meetings, offering up to £60,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience within Purchase to Pay, Procure to Pay or Finance Operations.
• Strong Excel skills together with SAP, SAP BW, Power BI, Power Query or equivalent analytics tools.
• Experience of process automation and workflow optimisation.
• Experience working with vendor/customer portals, data collection and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the end-to-end Purchase to Pay process.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement sustainable improvements.
• Drive automation opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance and reporting.
• Analyse process performance using data and reporting tools to support decision-making.
• Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Shared Services and wider business teams.
• Manage multiple improvement projects, delivering against agreed objectives and timelines.
• Produce and maintain process documentation and governance.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions and international teams.
• Promote best practice and continuous improvement throughout the finance function.
