Job summary

T2M Resourcing is recruiting for a Purchase to Pay (P2P) Process Lead to join a Finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract in hybrid Greater Manchester. You will lead process improvements across the P2P lifecycle, partnering with Finance, Procurement and Shared Services to simplify processes, tighten controls and improve performance.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of P2P experience, strong Excel and SAP/PBI skills, and a proven ability to drive automation and data-driven decision-making

Qualifications

• 5+ years within Purchase to Pay, Procure to Pay or Finance Operations.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP and analytics tools.
• Proven track record of delivering process improvements and automation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across end-to-end P2P processes.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable improvements.
• Drive automation opportunities to enhance efficiency, compliance and reporting.
• Analyze process performance using data and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Shared Services and wider teams.
• Manage multiple improvement projects with timelines and objectives.
• Produce and maintain process documentation and governance.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across regions.
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement in finance.
