Job summary

T2M Resourcing Ltd. is seeking a Purchase to Pay (P2P) Process Lead to join the Finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Hybrid working in Greater Manchester provides exposure to end-to-end Procure to Pay and finance transformation initiatives.

You will lead process improvements, drive automation where possible, and collaborate with Finance, Procurement and Shared Services across international teams to deliver measurable efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Purchase to Pay, Procure to Pay, or Finance Operations.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with analytics tools.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across end-to-end P2P.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable improvements.
• Drive automation to improve efficiency, compliance and reporting.
• Analyze process performance to support decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement and Shared Services.
• Manage multiple projects with clear objectives and timelines.
• Maintain process documentation and governance.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across functions and regions.
