Trakm8 Group is seeking a Corporate Account Director within Customer Success to drive revenue for its Insurance and Automotive unit. You will own P&L, shape strategy, lead new logo acquisitions and manage strategic insurer partnerships, coordinating with engineering and service teams.

The role requires a proven track record in commercial growth, executive relationship building and leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Personal Line Motor Insurance experience is required.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and commercial accountability.
• Experience selling to senior management, SME owners and C-level stakeholders.
• Experience securing new business contracts with values in excess of £50k.
• Proven ability to consistently exceed revenue targets.
• Class-leading account management, including retention, renewal and expansion of major accounts.

Responsabilités

• Own the P&L and full commercial performance of the insurance business unit, reporting to the Customer Success Director and Senior Leadership Team.
• Shape the product and commercial strategy for the unit, owning the roadmap, pricing and growth initiatives.
• Lead enterprise sales and new business generation, targeting new logos and tender responses.
• Direct strategic corporate account management across multi-million-pound insurer partnerships, owning retention and renewal.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex technology solutions, balancing customer, commercial and product priorities.
• Lead RFP and tender responses end-to-end and drive continuous improvements.
