• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability in complex B2B environments.
• Experience selling to C-level executives, SME owners, and key insurance partners.
• Successful history of securing multi-year contracts above £50k and growing account value.

• Own the P&L and overall commercial performance of the insurance unit, reporting to the Customer Success Director.
• Lead enterprise sales to win new logos and manage tender responses end-to-end.
