All Saints Bedworth is seeking a passionate P.E. Sports and Personal Development Assistant to join our dedicated team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality PE, running enrichment activities, and mentoring pupils to support their wellbeing and learning.

The position requires enthusiasm for sport and personal development, strong relationship-building, and a commitment to inclusion. It is a fixed, part-time role supporting the school's Christian values and community outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver high-quality PE and physical activity opportunities across the school
• Lead a range of after-school clubs and enrichment activities that broaden children's interests, talents and experiences
• Provide mentoring and pastoral support for pupils who may require additional help with behaviour, emotional wellbeing or engagement in learning
• Support pupils during lesson time, working alongside teachers to remove barriers to learning
• Contribute to pupil leadership opportunities and the school's wider personal development programme
• Promote positive behaviour, inclusion and high aspirations for all pupils
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Contribute fully to the wider life of the school community

Salary: FTE £26,403-£28,142 (pay award pending)

Grade: Scale Point 7-10

Contract Type: Permanent

Basis: Mon-Friday, TTO, 30 hours per week

Start date: November 2026

Closing Date: 4th October 2026
