All Saints Bedworth CofE Academy is seeking a PE, Sport and Personal Development Assistant to join a vibrant, caring and ambitious school community. In this varied role, you will inspire children through high-quality physical activity, enrichment clubs and meaningful personal development experiences, working with pupils from Nursery to Year 6.

You’ll support wellbeing and behaviour, help remove barriers to learning, and be a trusted mentor and inclusive role model.

Job description

In this varied and rewarding role, you will inspire children through high‑quality physical activity, engaging enrichment clubs and meaningful personal development experiences. You’ll work with pupils from Nursery to Year 6, helping them build confidence, resilience, teamwork and a love of being active. Alongside teachers and leaders, you will play a key part in removing barriers to learning, supporting wellbeing and behaviour, and nurturing pupils who may need additional guidance or encouragement.

You’ll become a trusted mentor, a positive role model and a champion for inclusion, helping children discover their strengths, broaden their interests and feel proud of who they are. Whether delivering PE sessions, leading after‑school clubs, supporting pupils in class or contributing to our wider enrichment programme, your work will make a genuine difference every day.
