Ellison Institute of Technology Oxford is seeking an efficient Administrator to support the Student Engagement team within Education & Scholarships. The role will help manage onboarding, coordinate internship programmes, and deliver structured programming to undergraduate and graduate students involved in EIT projects.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and flexibility for out-of-hours events.

Qualificações

• Strong administrative background with proven attention to detail.
• Experience handling enquiries, follow-ups and record keeping.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and cultures in a busy setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with CRMs and admin systems.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload and support events or meetings.
