Bidwells in Oxford is seeking an experienced Lease Consultancy professional to join our growing Oxford team who can lead and drive the Oxford practice. You will oversee lease advisory work for local clients and develop relationships with the wider Bidwells network.

The role emphasises strategic advice, client management, and active involvement in business development across Oxford and Milton Keynes.

Qualifications

• Chartered surveyor with lease advisory experience.
• Experience leading lease consultancy teams.
• Strong client-facing and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out rent reviews and lease renewals for retained and non-retained clients.
• Advise on complex lease re-gears.
• Act as an expert witness to arbitrators, independent experts and court.
• Provide strategic advice to clients.
• Identify opportunities to add value and optimise performance.
• Lead and develop the Oxford team and Drive new business in Oxford.
