Qualifications

• Experienced in rent review and lease renewal negotiations.
• Thorough knowledge of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954.
• Thorough knowledge of the Arbitration Act 1996.

Responsibilities

• Carry out rent reviews and lease renewals for clients.
• Advise on complex lease re-gears.
• Act as an expert witness when needed.
