Price Bailey is expanding its presence in Oxford and seeks an ambitious Senior Manager, Director or Partner to lead the new office from day one. You will partner with senior leadership, shaping strategy and delivering high‑impact client outcomes in tax, accounts, or corporate finance.

As Office Lead, you will recruit and nurture a local team, win new business, and deliver a joined‑up service across the firm. The role combines strategic vision with hands‑on leadership in a growing market.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CTA or equivalent professional qualification (or experience) is required.
• Proven network in the Oxford market and a track record of winning new business.
• Significant experience in tax, accounts or corporate finance.

• Define and deliver the local growth strategy for Oxford.
• Establish a strong presence through networking and business development.
