Job summary

Red King Resourcing is assisting a well-established construction client in Oxford to recruit a Graduate or Assistant Contracts Manager. You will support delivery from pre-construction to completion, working with site teams, subcontractors, clients and the project team.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Surveying or related disciplines, plus strong organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Surveying or a related discipline.
• Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support Contracts Managers with day-to-day management of refurbishment projects.
• Assist with project planning, programmes and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Attend project and subcontractor meetings.
• Support health, safety and quality management.
