Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple construction and roofing contracts from pre-start to completion in Oxfordshire, with projects across the UK. You will manage programmes, budgets, subcontractors and stakeholder relationships, ensuring safety and high standards.

Ideal candidates have proven contracts management or senior construction experience, with knowledge of ISO 45001, CDM RAMS and UK health & safety legislation; SMSTS and CSCS cards are

Qualifications

• Proven contracts management or senior construction experience.
• Experience in government/public sector contracts.
• Experience in social housing and planned maintenance.
• Good working knowledge of ISO 45001.
• SMSTS qualification.
• Appropriate CSCS Management/Professional card.
• Strong knowledge of CDM, RAMS and UK Health & Safety legislation.
• Excellent commercial, contractual and organisational skills.
• Experience managing subcontractors, labour and suppliers.
• Full UK driving licence.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for managing multiple contracts from pre-start through to successful completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest standards

You'll work closely with clients, our management team, Quantity Surveyors, site managers, operatives, subcontractors and suppliers.

Key responsibilities include:
