Job summary

My Carry Potty is seeking a strategic Social Media & Content Manager to own our brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. You will lead content strategy, edit video, design visuals, and experiment with AI tools, reporting to the Marketing Director.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running social for a consumer brand with hands-on content.
• Proven growth results and ability to work with limited resources.
• Strong video editing portfolio across short-form content.
• Experience with Meta and TikTok platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own organic social strategy and daily content production.
• Plan and run 2–3 posts daily across platforms.
• Shoot/edit short-form video with CapCut/PR/Final Cut.
• Create graphics with Illustrator/Photoshop/Canva.
• Collaborate with Marketing Director on multi-channel campaigns.
