Responsibilities

• Process a varied portfolio of client payrolls accurately and on time
• Onboard new client payrolls and improve efficiency
• Be main point of contact for designated clients and deliver professional service
• Respond to payroll queries promptly
• Keep up to date with payroll legislation and HMRC liaison
• Prioritise workload to meet deadlines
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and client experience
• Collaborate with colleagues and develop technical knowledge
