Job summary

de Le Cuona in Windsor invites a Senior Textile Designer to own the fabrics side of the studio, driving concept through sampling, production and launch with close collaboration to mills and artisans.

You’ll shape woven collections, lead design development, and contribute to exclusive collaborations while maintaining the brand’s refined, luxury aesthetic. A strong weave background and UK studio experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on woven design experience across luxury interiors or furnishing fabrics.
• 5+ years in a textile design role within a UK design studio.
• Strong understanding of weave structures, yarns and fabric manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Own fabric development from inspiration to sampling, production and launch.
• Experiment with structure, yarn, colour and texture and collaborate with mills and artisans.
• Channel creativity into the de Le Cuona aesthetic while supporting Marketing on launches and shoots.
• Lead collections with two launches per year and contribute to bespoke projects and collaborations.
• Manage timelines, specs, deliveries and studio documentation.
