de Le Cuona is seeking a Midweight Textile Designer to own the fabrics side of its Windsor studio. You will drive fabric development from inspiration to production, and you’ll explore weave structures, yarn choices and colour palettes to shape luxury collections.

You’ll collaborate with mills and artisans, supporting launches and bespoke projects while keeping timelines and documentation in check. This is a hands-on, creative role in a small studio that values ownership and craft.

Qualifications

• Woven textile design expertise with understanding of weave structures and fabric development.
• Experience in furnishing fabrics, collection development and working with natural fibres (flax, wool, silk, hemp, cashmere, alpaca).
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and CAD; ability to work with mills and artisans.

Responsabilités

• Own fabric development from concept through sampling to production and launch.
• Lead weave experimentation, yarn and colour/texture decisions to fit the de Le Cuona aesthetic.
• Collaborate with mills, artisans and marketing on launches, shoots and bespoke projects.
• Present concepts clearly to internal teams and external partners, guiding timelines and documentation.
