Job summary

Hayley Dexis is seeking an Own Brand Development Manager to drive growth of the own-brand portfolio across markets from our Oldbury base in the West Midlands. You will identify opportunities, work with product teams to launch ranges and support national sales with tools and guidance for revenue optimisation.

You will partner with marketing to craft go-to-market strategies, ensuring strong market penetration and alignment with broader business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in product, category, or commercial roles, ideally within own brand/private label.
• Proven ability to identify and deliver growth opportunities across markets.
• Experience collaborating with product, sales and marketing teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to analyse markets and drive performance.
• Track record supporting sales teams and contributing to go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth of the Hayley Dexis own-brand portfolio across new and existing markets.
• Collaborate with product teams to develop and launch innovative, market-leading ranges.
• Support national sales teams with tools, insights and guidance to maximise revenue.
