Job summary

HR 4 Case Management Ltd seeks a Female Waking Night Support Worker to provide overnight care for Lucy, a 25-year-old with complex needs, near Gloucester. You will monitor, reposition, administer medication, and support Lucy’s therapy programmes in her adapted home.

A nursing or clinical background is preferred; vehicle access is essential to attend community activities. Two fixed nights weekly plus alternate nights and a Saturday shift are available, with hourly pay of £17.00.

Qualifications

• Overnight clinical care experience preferred.
• Able to monitor and reposition during night shifts.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with family and therapy team.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight monitoring and clinical care for Lucy.
• Administer medications as required and support therapy programmes.
• Maintain accurate daily care notes and records.
