Job summary

HR 4 Case Management is seeking a Female Support Worker to join a small care team near Gloucester. You will provide waking night support to a 25-year-old woman living in a family home, with complex care needs including a PEG, epilepsy, and wheelchair use.

The role requires a driving licence and a willingness to drive the client’s WAV, travel to and from the home, and participate in therapy programmes and hydrotherapy pool activities.

Qualifications

• Ideally, candidates should have a nursing or clinical background.
• Experience providing overnight clinical care is beneficial.
• Waking night support involves monitoring and medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide waking night support to Lucy in a family home.
• Monitor safety, reposition as needed, and administer medication where required.
• Maintain daily care notes and clinical records with clear communication.
