Responsibilities

• Provide waking night support to Lucy and work with her therapy team.
• Monitor health, reposition as needed, and administer medications.
• Maintain daily care notes and clinical records with clear communication.
• Assist with Lucy's therapy programmes and hydrotherapy activities as required.
• Occasionally undertake client-related domestic duties during night shifts.
