Job summary

Glasgow City Mission is seeking an Overnight Team Member to help people at risk of rough sleeping during the cold winter months. You will contribute to creating a welcoming and safe space for guests with complex needs.

The fixed-term post runs from 1 December 2026 to 31 March 2027, with shifts 19:30–07:30 in a five-days-on, five-days-off rotation. Applications from people with lived experience of homelessness or asylum/immigration are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Support guests at risk of rough sleeping during the winter.
• Work overnight 19:3007:30 on a 5 days on, 5 days off rotation.
