Job summary

Advantage Healthcare, part of CCH, is seeking a dedicated care professional to provide overnight support for a child with CHARGE syndrome in Ockley. You will deliver care per the care plan, including ventilator care, PEG feeds, hydration, and oxygen as prescribed, while coordinating with a registered nurse for clinical guidance.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, with a supportable pathway for supervision, training, and career progression within the CCH

Qualifications

• Experience working in a complex care setting.
• Experience with PEG feeds and administering medication via this method.
• Experience with suctioning.
• Experience caring for children who are non-verbal or use sign-supported/sensory communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver overnight care in line with the care plan.
• Support with ventilation, PEG feeds, hydration and meds as required.
• Work with the nursing team to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Attend regular supervision and team meetings with branch support.
