Job summary

Colten Care’s Amberwood House in Poole, Dorset, is seeking a Night Nurse to join our clinical team. The role supports residents through overnight care, sharing in clinical decisions and upholding our 'All About Me' care philosophy.

You’ll work 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends, with paid breaks and access to a range of pay enhancements. A supportive network and ongoing training are available to help you progress to senior roles.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with active NMC registration.
• Experience in elder care or care home setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight nursing care and monitor residents’ health.
• Participate in clinical decision-making with the care team.
• Promote best practices in wound management, nutrition, and end‑of‑life care.
