Job summary

Colten Care is seeking a dedicated Night Care Assistant to join Avon Reach in Christchurch, Dorset. The role is 36 hours per week, nights, including alternate weekends, with paid breaks.

You’ll work closely with our Nursing team to provide compassionate care and support residents, with full induction and ongoing training from day one.

We offer pay enhancements for weekends and nights, free uniforms, and in-house progression to senior roles, plus meal of choice on shift.

Qualifications

• Compassion is in your nature and you’re willing to be hands-on with residents.
• You’re organised, hard-working, resilient, with good observation skills.
• Experience is not required; you’ll be supported with induction and training.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents with compassion and observe needs.
• Support residents and assist with daily activities during night shifts.
• Collaborate with the Nursing team to maintain safety and comfort.
