Job summary

Colten Care is seeking a Night Nurse for Castle View in Poundbury, Dorchester. The role involves 36 hours per week of night shifts, including alternate weekends, with paid breaks and a supportive clinical team.

You will contribute to the clinical decision-making process, provide high-quality nursing care, and participate in ongoing training and professional development within a respected, award-winning care group.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current NMC registration.
• Strong clinical knowledge and sound judgment.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents and their families.
• Participate in clinical decision-making with the care team.
• Promote best practices in wound management, nutrition, tissue viability, end-of-life care.
• Support student nurses and trainee nursing associates (TNAs) to keep knowledge current.
