Zusammenfassung

Years is seeking an Overnight Cleaning & Hygiene Manager to own hygiene KPIs, budgets, and CAPA closure across the site. You will lead overnight teams, drive continuous improvement, and act as the main liaison with QA/Technical on audits and swabbing results.

Based in the United Kingdom, you will manage COSHH, allergen controls, and safety compliance while reporting to Operations leadership and ensuring all site operations meet food safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in food manufacturing hygiene management.
• Proven track record with BRCGS audits and CAPA closure.
• Overnight cleaning leadership and rota planning experience.
• Knowledge of COSHH, allergen controls and HACCP principles.
• Budget management and supplier relationship skills.

Aufgaben

• Own overnight hygiene and cleaning strategy and budget.
• Lead Overnight Cleaning Supervisors and team performance.
• Manage COSHH register and safe chemical handling.
• Develop environmental swabbing and verification programs.
• Sign off on cleaning-down and pre-op checks before production.
• Maintain cleaning schedules, SOPs and allergen procedures.
• Manage budget, inventory and supplier contracts for chemicals.
