Job summary

The Compleat Food Group in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Hygiene Manager (Nights) to lead hygiene standards across the site and drive food safety and compliance. The role is predominantly night-based, with a core shift from 20:00 and weekly afternoon coordination.

You will manage the hygiene team, maintain training records, support external audits (BRC), and champion continuous improvement in cleaning and risk reduction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of food safety legislation and hygiene principles.
• Excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Full people management responsibility for the hygiene function.
• Recruit, train, develop and motivate the hygiene team.
