Job summary

BCHA are a diverse housing, learning and support provider offering temporary accommodation in Exeter. They are seeking a Night Intensive Housing Officer to join a small, supportive team.

This role is aimed at creating a safe, welcoming environment for people experiencing homelessness and supporting them towards stability and independence. As the first point of contact overnight, you will be a calming, empathetic presence, able to de-escalate situations, record notes, and work with local services

Qualifications

• Be the first point of contact overnight to support customers in distress.
• Demonstrate empathy while maintaining boundaries and safety.

Responsibilities
